Great unit but does not endure
I bought this coffee machine with a plan, and it was a great upgrade. It does require cleaning the wand often and also de-scaling on a regular basis. The frother settings and stainless steel cup are great and easy to clean.
We use it almost everyday and at the three year mark, the unit is showing serious issues. The quality of coffee it produces is going downhill and it needs constant cleaning even during. As others have stated, they don't seem to last considering the price. Of note, the Nespresso service support have stated this machine is not compatible with Oat or Almond milk.
Problem machine
I bought my machine within a month and have had problems with it the whole time. The cleaner light comes on even just after it’s had a good clean. My son had the same machine and he ended up taking it back and buying the later model.
My husband bought this one for my birthday.
It’s just too much hard work.
Easy to use and SUPER HOT MILK!!!
I've bought this Nespresso Machine for my apartment and it's perfect. My mum uses it all the time and loves it so much (I think I'll have to buy her her own). You can really get the milk nice and super hot which a lot of machines cant do. Very simple to use, easy to clean and maintain. Really happy with it!
