Great coffee but breaks down!
We bought the Barista Pro three years ago. We have been really pleased with the quality of the coffee it makes. However, despite monthly flushing, descaling and changing of the water filter, the machine has broken down three times. It is currently not able to heat the coffee by steaming and frothing the milk so will need to be fixed again! The first time was covered by warranty but now we have had to fix it two more times at our own expense, which is not cheap! For this reason unfortunately, I would not recommend buying the Breville Barista Pro to anyone else.
Perfect mix of features.
The Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine is a great choice for home baristas, excellent performance with new design and user-friendly features variable brew and extraction temps. This machine is ideal for coffee enthusiasts who want a quality espresso at home.
Short power on to expresso shot time.
Good machine
I purchased the pro about 3 months ago. The coffee machine is good there are a couple of things I find could be a bit better. There isn't a indicator to say the beans in the grinder are low like my previous machine i had. I find the control knob for the steaming wand is a bit sticky and clunky when you turn it to steam the milk and back again.
