Planetary mixing action

I bought this 3 years ago and it was my favourite kitchen appliance, my bowl broke and there are no spare parts available, really upset as I loved using it
Waste of money.
So disappointing! I had a bakery boss which was great until it died. The whole top
Mechanism jerks around when you use it even just to mix sugar and oil. I have to hold it still. May as well have a hand mixer.
Good little machine but with some defects.
I bought this about 4 weeks ago. I have been using it afew times a week - bread, pastry etc. Afew days ago I noticed the bottom of the glass bowl locking foot has snapped and the bowl moves around when using. Disappointed.
