Planetary mixing action

Tilt handle broke
It was a decent mixer, some times scraper missed bottom but easy enough to scrape with spatula, but the tilt handle snapped. It's a weak bit of plastic used to turn and it broke, now I have to use pliers to tilt it....
So disappointed
Having had one for years and it was getting tired, my mum bought me this for xmas as she knew how good my old one was - well no, it is quite frankly awful. Clunks during mixing, the tilt up and down grinds and isn't stable, the bowl is tinny compared to my previous model - NOT IMPRESSED and it will not be staying
It’s ok. Probably not worth the price
Got given as a gift from my fiancé. It does an alright job of mixing but with an exception of actually having to manually scape the bowl constantly as none of the attachments reach the base of the bowl and leave unmixed ingredients. The tilt knob/lever broke from the second time using and after glueing it constantly, I’ve reached the point where I’m using pliers to lift the top up as it is impossible to use fingers. I wish they had a metal lever or even a replacement. I also wish I knew someone that had a 3D printer lol
