This drier has an automatic reverse function which reduces tangling of your washing. It takes a long time to dry heavy loads but is quiet in operation and economical. So far, I am very pleased with it.

We've been using the dryer for a few months now and it is great. It is fairly easy to use, has good features like notifications to your phone when the dryer is finished; the water outlet can be connected to a drain so no hot air blowing around the laundry; and the lint basket is easy to clean. The only down side the heat exchanger needs to be cleaned regularly which involves 2 mins cleaning at floor level.

Three weeks after we bought it enthusiastically, it failed, water everywhere. Samsung replaced the pump within a day and it hasn't had a problem since. It works ok, it's quiet even when not using the quietest setting. Good to have it connected to the internet, it keeps you posted on what it's doing. If the "wrinkle prevent" and "Internet connet" buttons were on by default the ease of use score would go up. Other Samsung appliances have lasted reasonably long with frequent use, so I have positive expectations for this one.
