How can I select a delivery date?
Once you’ve added your products into your cart, you can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver during business hours but you may receive your order as early as 6.30am or as late as 7pm. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop. Here’s what to expect on delivery day:
You'll be contacted in the morning with a 2 hour delivery window.
Then you’ll receive a notification 30 minutes before our drivers arrive.
If you’re one of the first deliveries of the day (lucky you!), our drivers will notify you as they’re leaving the warehouse.
How do I receive my order?
All Andoo deliveries must be signed for by the purchaser or their representative, displaying photo ID with the same address details as the delivery address.
For deliveries of Audio Visual products, we require the person who placed the order to sign for delivery and for our drivers to sight both the photo ID of that person, along with the physical credit card used to place the order.
Can you deliver to a PO (Post Office) Box?
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we require a full street address. We want to ensure your Andoo purchase arrives safely and that you’re there to receive your order.
What happens if I’m not home to accept delivery?
We want to make sure that your Andoo order arrives safe and sound. So we require you to be at the delivery address to receive the order. If you’re not home, our delivery drivers will leave a calling card so you can organise another delivery day.
How do I update my delivery details?
If you need to reschedule your delivery date or update your details, you can contact our friendly Andoo customer service team on 1300 002 400 at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
What happens if there are delivery delays?
While our legendary delivery teams will do their best to arrive on time, sometimes there’s a bump in the road. But don’t worry, we’ll try to keep you in the loop and let you know as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order.
