Every product curated in Andoo is unique, with varying degrees of assembly required. On each product page, we’ll indicate what kind of assembly is needed so you can better plan ahead.
We classify our furniture & flatpack items in a few ways:
No assembly required
Easy and worry-free. Your product will be delivered by our legendary drivers and placed exactly where you want it in your home. Where possible, they can also take away the packaging that came with the item. This gives you room to enjoy your new Andoo purchase straight away.
Basic assembly required
We want to help you enjoy your Andoo product as soon as possible. So for partially assembled furniture that only requires basic assembly, our delivery drivers can give you a hand. This may include screwing on the feet, placing the handles, etc. The drivers will also take away any packaging that came with the product, so you have one less thing to worry about.
Flatpack items - assembly required
For items that come in a flatpack package, you’ll find a step-by-step assembly guide in the box.
If it’s available from the manufacturer, you can also find a digital copy of the assembly guide in the Manuals section of the product page, to help you prepare prior to delivery.
Please note, we are unable to unpack and take away packaging for flatpack items. This means everything you need for assembly is safely kept in the packaging, and ensures that parts and pieces don’t go missing.
