Worst vac ever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned.
When you take the bag out to put a new one in, it takes about 10 mins to make it fit to close again. And then multiple times I’ve had the bag become unaligned/fall out and so the dust all just goes into the cavity and blocks up the machine and takes me half an hour to clean.
It’s like there’s a fault with the orange clip inside the bag compartment.
Would never recommend this machine.
Powerful clean
Finally, I have a solid replacement for my old machine. Yes, it is a bit noisy but the suction is powerful and the results are great. The handle is helpful so I can carry the machine in one hand while vacuuming the stairs with the other hand, Highly recommended.
Noisy!
Brought this to replace my failing Miele. Reviews said it was great so with a house full of children and dogs, away I went and ordered. Sure it sucks, worried it was going to pull my carpet up, cord is very long, BUT the turbo head sounds desperately broken after just one use and the normal head is no good for pet hair because it is so darn stuck to the floor it just pushes the dog hair further into the carpet as it goes over it. There's no middle ground. My kids now run a mile if I get it out based on the noise the turbo head makes. Legit would rather stand outside in the rain than be inside anywhere while I vacuum, it's that deafening.
