Bizarre
Really disappointed in this vac. It gets stuck at the same place every time, it refuses to obey the maps that it creates and starts up at random times (especially the middle of the night).
Good but needs some work
We've had the vacuum for 3 weeks and it does a good job. The setup instructions need some more detail as the setup process was hard to figure out. The main issue we have had is with the mapping and emptying. It has somehow combined the kitchen/family room with the lounge and we can't change this. This means it's a very large area, with both carpet and hard floors. This means we can't utilise the mopping function and the other issue is emptying. Because of the mapping issue with the large area the vacuum fills up but doesn't empty. It just keeps going, then drops dust and debris while it's going. I think most of these problems could be fixed some updates to the app and or some firmware updates. Hopefully electrolux gets onto this soon.
What a time saver...
With 2 puppies and wet weather, its now so simple to keep our floors clean with this vacuum and wash in one. Recommended
