A total failure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product one week ago. It keeps shorting out so I haven't been able to cook anything. The electrician thinks it's a faulty oven. The service dept have not contacted me. I'm getting very cross and I wish I hadn't bought it. A company is only as good as the speed with which it rectifies mistakes.
