The Breville Searing Slow Cooker is a multifunctional slow cooker with steam and yoghurt settings. Sear and slow cook conveniently in the same pan without the need for your stovetop, and enjoy deliciously intensified flavours.
There are five preset browning settings to seal in the flavour and caramelise your ingredients to just the right level. The unit comes with a premium stainless steel steaming tray for your roasts and to steam large portions of dumplings, fish, or vegetables. The dual locking handles securely seal the lid onto the bowl to ensure moisture levels and temperatures are maintained while cooking. The bowl is non-stick to make for simple serving and effortless cleaning.
With the keep warm function, once your meal is ready it can automatically keep your dish warm until you’re ready to eat. This slow cooker can also make yoghurt - up to 3 litres of soft and creamy natural or flavoured.

Incredibly disappointed - do not waste your money
I have been cooking with slow cookers for 30 years and this is the worst ever. It simply does not cook. Vegetable soup on low for 8 hours and the celery...yes celery...was not cooked. Beef casserole - 9 hours on low - meat tough, vegies undercooked. So disappointed. What an absolute waste of money. Would not recommend at all.

Eight hours on slow cook although six hours was recommended in recipe. Uncooked !! two hours on high ?? “ still not cooked ,,!!!! Vegetables bite size ,third time I’ve tried it , and tried different methods. Very disappointed as I gave away my old one. 😪
Very very slow cookers
Was so excited to purchase this, but found it utterly disappointing, slow cookers pea and ham soup have cooked it many times always perfect cook. In this slow cooker 10 hours on low and it’s still not cooked. Gave it another try same result even with 4 hours on high…. Steer clear if you want a good slow cooker…. Sear etc work well
