Cons:
-Can't select 250g of meat in the defrost setting, as I often cook for 1 this would be helpful!
-Knobs do feel a little light and cheap

this microwave is very easy to use. I opted for this model due tothe fact that it had a handle and turn knobs instead of push button. as I have RSI in my fingers and no feeling in the finger tips the push button models are too hard as I cannot feel anything. Also I dont need to run and get my glasses everytime I want to warm something up.
Highly recommend this company as the product arrived when expected and the delivery drivers were excellent. would deal with Appliances on line again as long as you are prepared to wait.
