I am concerned that the iron which I received may not have been brand new? Why? It didn’t come in the normal plastic bag, it has a ‘white’ discharge like a used iron may have due to the water calcification and the iron continuously ‘sticks’. Not a happy customer. Think that I have been ripped off on this one.

have had this iron for a couple of months....dry iron is non existent, it doesnt work at all. The steam is great and works well at temperature.
Can’t set temperature
This only has one temperature, so you can only use it on cotton and linen.
