Terrible!
The handle and base are made of cheap plastics, terribly assembled somewhere. The handle heats up and might burn your hand while holding, and there are no included heat proof mittens. The roll down press mat broke after 2nd use, won't roll down anymore and was stuck. Brush keeps falling off the steam head, and it keeps on leaving water spots on the clothes. The body had a water container that leaks water.
This was a terrible buy for me, and had to return it. Never buying anything Tefal every again!
Great steamer and good quality
Had for about a month. Very happy with it great for my suits!
Never an excuse not to have clean suits!
Got this as a present for a new couple. They're ecstatic!
