connector hose
i like this product but the problem is the connector hose, it's easily broken because of the way it was placed. it bends causing a hole in the tube. I hope there will be a replacement hose that we can purchase separately so that we can still use the unit.
ABSOLUTELY CRAP
I'd like to give it NO STARS. has leaked from the water tank and water bubbled out when hot since I used it the 1st time. It was given as a gift, what a piece of crap. Why are department stores still selling this crap.
Disappointed
Bought Tefal Pro Style One Garment steamer yesterday, what a big disappointment. I didn't even get to steam my clothes instead ended up cleaning water leaking from the bottom of the device. Water tank not even to the max capacity. Returning it back tomorrow and get my money back.
