Pyrolytic Cleaning
Smeg's pyrolytic oven cavity is designed to eliminate corners, holes and joints whilst every element inside the cavity can be easily removed: the upper grill has a tilting mechanism, and the side oven shelf brackets can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.

This new cavity is characterised by its unique shape, with rounded corners and smooth, uniform walls, for maximum thermal insulation and optimal energy performance.
Soft Close Doors
The Portofino cooker door is equipped with smooth soft close hinges which can make all the difference when opening & shutting the door regularly.
Rapid Preheat
With rounded corners and smooth, uniform walls, the new cavity ensures maximum thermal insulation and helps to reduce pre-heating time. The Portofino takes just six minutes to reach a temperature of 200 °C.

Best cooker we've had
The cooker is wide and spacious. There burners have the perfect variaty of outputs so you can cook multiple dishes at the same time. The oven heats up super quick and has a precise temp control. However it takes some getting used to with the way controls are set up. Overall it looks great and does an outstanding job.
