Thankyou heaps for responding to my issues with temp control. Can now work it.at least if anyone else has the same issues they can see yr response. I’m happy with my cooker now. Product looks good
not recommend no temp control
i brought this 2 weeks ago and already not happy, i agree with other person who wrote"When first turning it on it works as expected the auto zone detections and power setting bar,but when it’s been on for a while and I want to turn the power up or down it does not respond.The only way I can change the setting is if I lift the saucepan off and place it back down.Cooking on this appliance is a nitemare.
Therefore I would NOT recommend purchasing this hob. stuck with a cooking lemon, how it doesnt have a plus or minus for changing the temp is beyond me. i did research but didnt think it would have no temp control. very disappointed. but stuck with it, going back to using the camping induction cooker i had been using . have tried to ctc smeg to ask am i missing something with this, have donwloaded and read instructions and am still baffled how the most logical thing in a cooker - ie temp control is not in this unit.
Clean Lines, but difficult to operate.
I purchased this appliance for my newly renovated kitchen although it looks great, and it is easy to clean; it is difficult cooking on it.
When first turning it on it works as expected the auto zone detections and power setting bar,
but when it’s been on for a while and I want to turn the power up or down it does not respond.
The only way I can change the setting is if I lift the saucepan off and place it back down.
And this does not always work sometimes it takes several attempts before I gain control of the cooktop functions.
Cooking on this appliance is not a pleasant experience.
I would give a four star for appearance only BUT it only deserves a two star because of its operation difficulties.
Therefore I would NOT recommend purchasing this hob.
