False advertising on star rating of unit
It took 3 weeks to arrive, excellent communication when on its way.
False advertising with saying it is 7 star rating. HWS arrived stating it is only 6 star.
Continuous hot water
Rinnai Enviro 26 is the best. Low gas usage, perfect hot water in bathrooms and kitchen and simultaneous. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient product. Rinnai's call centre service and Appliances Onlines services combined with a very good price on the product - 30% cheaper than the closest rival made this the best buy I've made in a while!
