DON’T BUY
DON’T buy this washing machine, it’s a costly machine with very little performance. It does not clean clothes at all. In fact it leaves scum marks and stains clothes. My mum’s whirlpool 16 year old machine has better performance then this.
The washing takes FOREVER, and yet your clothes come out dirty. Tub clean takes 2-3 hours, what a waste of water and electricity. We have tried every setting, tried changing washing powders/liquids, and nothing works. This is not a machine you want to invest in, it’s expensive and definitely not worth it. It’s also not environmentally sustainable, wastes so much water and electricity and yet no results.

I love the look of the machine
Unfortunately I can not get clothes out of it as it is too deep🤦♀️
Also I can’t get a fast spin on a quick wash

I bought this large washing machine to reduce frequency of loads. Unfortunately it's been a big regret since buying it. If you wash anything black you will notice scum marks all over your shirts & pants. We have tried swapping from powder to liquid. We clean the catch filters every wash. We have also tried double and triple rinsing every load. (Very efficient and time wasting) But nothing stops the scum marks.
So I wouldn't recommend this washer. Get one with an agitator. Yes it may wear out your clothes quicker, but at least they will be clean.
