The quick and dry feature is good
I bought this machine nearly three months ago. It cleans ok, and the top pull out shelf is fine. The bottom shelf is not good!!! The brackets that hold the plates in are not quite wide enough, so my plates sometimes rest on each other, and the spokes (?) themselves keep falling down which then makes all the plates (or whatever is in the racks) fall down too. The bracket holding the racks up is not sturdy enough to hold the plates (maybe the weight of them) in place. Big Fail! My family much prefer my old (now broken) machine!!
