Product is not user friendly
The product is not user friendly, too complex to operate and the instructions are poor.
Poor Service
I bought the machine 12 months ago and it worked well. One of the agitators then came loose and the support provided has been nothing short of terrible. LG didn’t want to know us and have washed their hands of any liability instead blaming the failure on misuse of the machine
