Poor Battery
good to use, but every 3 months, you may face the battery issue, 1 year warranty, useless, need to buy battery every year.
Too weakened finger trigger
The funtion is good enough but the finger trigger was broken and not covered by warrants.
Happy customer
Very happy with this purchase. Everything goes together nicely and operates as expected. Battery performance is excellent however I only use it on hard floors with the lower power setting which is ample suction for polished wooden floors. The vacuum works well on rugs with the higher power setting but I don't do enough to say how long the battery lasts on the higher level. The floor washing pad system does a good job and works well on a smooth floor but ultimately is no quicker or easier than using a hand mop.
Storage stand is fantastic and keeps everything accessible and organized.
