Bad bearings
Worked well initially, although started to fall apart after 2 years and 4 months. Yes, that's right, just 4 months after the warranty ran out. Same happened with our LG TV and DVD players. I will be steering away from LG in the future.
awesome service and product

Burning smell
The positives are it's very quiet, efficient, dry cloths well without the need to drain water or the need of any vent hose.
The negatives are the dried cloths smell. It has a foul burning smell. The dried cloths creases are quite shocking. I have to use conditioner and it's fragrance to cover the burning smell.
I have been using weeks already. It still smell.
Given a chance I would choose others. I just want my laundry to be perfect not burnt.
