Least favourite washing machine ever
I bought this washing machine a few months ago and I thought I'd grow to like it. I hate it. It is difficult to untangle the washing machine when removing it from the washing machine - which also makes it extremely heavy to lift (because it is all in one bundle). Unless the wash load height is altered, not left to automatic, the clothes do not come out clean. It is hard to reach the bottom of the machine for the items that remain at the bottom. The choices re hot/warm/cool water are not as comprehensive and gentle as I had hoped - certainly not as comprehensive as my previous Fisher and Paykel. In general, I don't like this washing machine at all. Other than the short cycle which is inadequate, the cycles take too long, easily as long as a front loader.
Appliances Online - service was fantastic and the washing machine was delivered the day after purchase, which is great for a washing machine.
Value for the Money
Except the lint free Feature ,which is very ineffective in this machine,otherwise didn't find anything wrong.
On the whole good piece of innovation for family usage.
Great Machine.
I spent quite some time researching my Fisher and Paykel replacement. I went with the LG and I have to say that after a month or so of usage, I'm totally satisfied. If you are after a decent big machine buy this, you'll be glad that you did.
