Something wrong with the design
The food was everywhere in and out if the processor. Such a mess
Worst kitchen utensil ever
This product shouldn't have been approved by the industry standards. The parts break all the time, even when using according to instructions. You cannot knead the dough as the machine is walking off the surface of the kitchen counter and I found plasticky looking bits in the dough after. I tried kneading three times and every time I had the weird black bits in it.
DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF MONEY.
Great gadget
I brought this when it first came out. Loved all the features especially the mini blender, as it was perfect for making tahini and pestos. The machine kept burning out and I took it in for replacement under warranty multiple times. The last time I took it in, I was told that there were no spare parts for the motor and was being discontinued. I got the replacement FPM811. Have hardly used it because it is a hassle blending up smaller foods like sesame seeds. I do miss this model food processor so much. Parts replacement is the only reason I gave this an overall 4 star rating.
