Still wonderful after 55 years
I was given a Kenwood Chefette as an engagement present in 1969. I loved it, so bought a Kenwood Chef before we migrated to Australia in 1977 - brilliant. Sadly it dropped off the top of my fridge a few years ago. But my trusty Chefette is still going strong - over 55 years!
Versatile mixer
This is a great compromise - I do not have space for a large stand mixer. I can use the chefette hand held or with the stand. It has worked really well, less vibration and much quieter than my previous mixer.
Useless
Absolutely useless. Most of the time the bowl doesn’t revolve even when beating liquids. No way can I see it would be any good for bread making.
