A DISASTER
I bought it just over a month ago and it ran for about 6 hours and it hasn't been able to run since. The installation mechanic came back to assess why and reported that all the gas had escaped due to the pipe connections. between the internal unit and the outdoor unit. The problem according to the mechanic was "that, he said the connections were a known problem and that he recommended that I replace them because they were unreliable and I would have nothing but trouble if i just re-gassed and left them in. he replaced them but didn't replace all the lost gas. The unit has been sitting there and is totally useless as far as an air-conditioner goes.
