Underpowered
Underpowered for my needs - my fault though I thought it would work better in a larger space. Only good for small rooms about 10 square metres and no more. I must comment on the design though which seems questionable. The drain hole is blocked by a little rubber gizmo thing that is screwed to the base of the unit from the inside which makes it impossible to remove. This results in the tray filling up with water which covers screws and other parts. It seems that the built up water is supposed to aid in cooling but, because the water remains stagnant in the tray, the whole thing is a breeding ground for mould and rust. An astoundingly stupid idea!
Great quality product
Easy to use, solid build quality not to heavy quick easy install slotted right in. Strong and warms up while room. Little loud but that’s on max recommended
Good product for the price range
Recently bought this to help with the heating in. We are satisfied with the new purchase l, however it is 2 star energy efficient hence one needs to keep that in mind. However it is a good product for the price
