Had it for a month. Had to replace another brand because wek plastic leg broke Will not regret buying premium product that will last. Flat plate area, no ripple finish like some others. Very happy .
Fantastic!
I purchase these machines for my Cafe, they make the best toasted sandwiches, better than any commercial machine I have used. Heats up so quickly and easy to use for different breads including thick Turkish rolls. Wipes clean, very happy and recommend highly.

We've had the Breville for a couple of weeks now and find it to be a first class product. Works well and best of all, is easy to clean.
