I have 5 total Breville dehumidifier I run in my household Two of this model so I’m aware of how good they can be This was a replacement for a faulty one that kept shorting the power now this new one freezers over continually it is not in a big room or a cold room I run two of this model in other areas found them to be great but these recent purchases are very disappointing same model but not the same output at all and just plagued with issues I’ve tried this one in other areas where the same brand model operate and it won’t extract water thank goodness I have others to measure off I’m reluctant to take this two week old one back as I’m sick of getting replacements that don’t work I have 5 other brevilles running no problem so not sure what is going on with this latest batch but it’s disappointing

The quoted Water Extraction rate of "25L per day" is completely bogus. Expect about 5L per day even in humid conditions. Just blatant deceptive advertising.
