Great Machine
Works great so quiet and lasts for ages very happy
Life changer
I bought this machine a few weeks ago and it has improved mine and the babies congested noses. The controls are like a touch screen very sensitive but work fine, lights are bright but I put mine on the floor I fill up the tank once and it will run all day and night. I like it so much I'm considering buying a second so I don't need to move it every night for bed.
The negative reviews had me sceptical so I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the purchase.
No matter what, I end up with a huge wet patch on the floor.
I bought it last year because I liked the look of the unit and the large tank size.
There are however a couple of problems with the machine. Issue one is that the low, medium and high button is incredibly confusing. It is a symbol of a tree that changes colour but doesn't clearly show which setting is which.
The biggest problem however is that the mist pours out of the machine at such a high rate that it always ends up wetting the floor and whatever furniture it's sitting on or next to.
It's incredibly frustrating because I bought the machine hoping to use it for many years but every time I have used it there has been a huge wet patch left behind. It can't be used when anyone is asleep and must instead be monitored regularly and manually turned on and off to prevent water damage.
I am really disappointed with it.
