The Breville Fast Slow Pro Multicooker lets you cook fast or cook slow. This combination pressure and slow cooker accurately knows the time, temperature, and pressure needed for different foods. Some foods get tender over time, some are best under pressure.
Dual sensors at the top and bottom of the 6L constantly monitor and accurately control the temperature and pressure. There are 11 pressure cook settings plus a custom setting to suit all your favourite recipes. The auto steam release setting removes any of the pressure from pressure cooking by adjusting to different foods to eliminate overcooking and release steam hands-free.
The LCD display provides full feedback about what’s going on inside the pot with a pressure indicator, temperature and countdown timer and steam release indicator.

Great if it works
When I bought this product it would repeatedly come up with the error “lid not sealed”. This has not resolved over time. It’s very frustrating as this error comes up nearly every time I use it. I wish I had returned it when I bought it and got a different brand. For the amount it cost it is very disappointing.
I love it but they only last 2 yrs :(
I loved my Fast/slow pro, BUT my second one has just died, both were under 2 years old. Im considering buying a different brand this time as I cant afford to replace them every couple of years :(
Great product
I wish I had gotten one sooner, great product easy to use, rice cooked perfectly every time. Spag bol perfect in a fraction of the time. Still learning and trying everything.
Only thing to keep in mind is cooker getting up to temp time on top of cook time ( got caught out with steaming veg) but really enjoying using this product.
