Died after 2 years and 3 months
Terrible product and brand. The dispenser was faulty exactly on the two year mark and then three months later the motor burn out! Only used by a couple, so no large loads. A cheap product with marketing catch phrase 'German made' means nothing about quality of product. Dont be duped by the brand and 'quality'
Disappointing
We bought this machine in August 2021. Performed okay initially - not great, just okay. After 3 years the machine started pausing mid-cycle and we were told that to fix it we would need to replace the power board which would cost $900! Almost cheaper to buy a new machine. Less than 1/4 of the average washing machine lifespan. Very disappointed.
Warrantee exclusions
The warrantee on this appliance is not sufficient to cover all types of malfunctions. The crucuit board that drives all functions in the device is not protected, which means it is prone to insect damage. This is specifically excluded from the warrantee, which leaves you footing large bills every time an insect walks over it.
