Fine Dishwasher, Poor Support
The dishwasher itself works fine, no complaints there. The issue was with Appliances Online’s service. The first unit arrived new with cosmetic marks. When I contacted them, they agreed to send a replacement — but wouldn’t cover installation, even though I’d already paid $250 to have the first one installed.
I suggested keeping the original if they could offer a fair discount for the damage. Their offer started at $100, and after pushing, they increased it to $150, which still didn’t cover the installation cost. The back-and-forth felt a bit unfair and left a sour taste.
Overall, the product is fine, but I wouldn’t recommend appliancesonline.com.au based on this experience.
