Poor quality & battery life

I have a Bosch barrel vac which I love, but this stick vacuum has been really disappointing. I have had the vacuum just on 12 months and the spinner brush keeps cutting in & out. One of the batteries I received barely lasts 2 minutes (on turbo). Top it off, the stick part just broke off the main hub. Poorly built. It seems to be a waste of money. Now need a new stick vac.

Just Perfect

It is easy to use. Easy to empty the dust bag and has a large capacity. Easy to dismantle depending if you are using just the unit itself or the entire vacuum. Has a double battery and charge pack. Never run out of charge. Had a Dyson that was terrible and this is so much better.
