Started well, ended bad
Purchased this just over two years ago, battery has just died and won't charge. Mum had same issue, was going to cost more than the cleaner to replace the battery. That's the big issue with this cleaner, and also was never very powerful. Very disappointing to have this now unusable after only two years.
Heavy but strong
It is heavier than I expected and not flexible in the way I've seen the LG versions are but functions perfectly well
Neat machine
I have vacuumed my house twice using level 2 power on flat floors and shagpile carpet, and the result was excellent. The charge did the whole house (20 squares) with 1 short top up. The dust container is a bit small, so had to be emptied twice. Very light and easy to use, and not too noisy, I wish I had bought the model with tools.
