II have made jerky in my new dehydrated also have dried veggies this is a great item would recommend this dehydrator

very happy with the unite & will purchase an other one soon
Easy to use
Purchased a month ago and very happy with dehydration results so far. Only negative is the door opens down and catches crumbs. If the door opened out or removed altogether it would be easier for cleanup.
