By attaching the Vacuum Blender Accessory to the lid of your blending jug, you can separate the oxygen from your ingredients. You can choose to blend without the Vacuum Blender Accessory if you want to make soups or nut butters.
The streamlined LED touch screen makes operation simple. There are 10 speed settings along with a pulse option, as well as the preset functions of Chop, Soup, and Blend to get your recipe on the right track. Vacuum Blender Accessory
Oxidation occurs when air comes into contact with food. If you prepare a smoothie and don’t drink it straight away, your drink is prone to splitting, separating, and losing its colour. BioChef’s Vacuum Blender removes the oxygen from your jug prior to blending, so your final product retains its nutrients, flavour, and colour. While vacuum blending is a handy technology, it is not compatible with blending soups or grinding nuts, which is why BioChef gives you the choice of using this blender with or without the accessory.
Commercial-grade motor
With a powerful 1680-watt motor capable of speeds of up to 32,000 RPM, this blender will pulverise even the toughest ingredients. Your leafy greens, raw vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains will be reduced to a smooth liquid or powder. It will even get through frozen fruits. With such high performance, there is less of a need to whittle down ingredients into smaller chunks before throwing them in the jug.
Enzyme Protection Technology
A high-performance blender has the ability to break down the cellulose walls of fruits and vegetables, which ultimately makes the nutrients within more “bio-available” to your body. This blender comes with a tamper stick that can measure the temperature within your jug and ensure your food is not heated above 46 degrees Celsius. By staying below this temperature, you retain the enzymes and nutrients that are essential for a raw food diet.
Japanese stainless steel blades
This blender features a six-pronged blade system, designed for the ultimate refinement of your ingredients. You’ve got four serrated blades at the base, as well as two small, upward-facing blades in the centre. With these blades rapidly spinning in opposite directions, the blender creates a whirlpool effect. Your food is repeatedly drawn into the blades to ensure no chunks remain.
