Worked well for 12 mths now doesnt heat.When I tried to contact company for assistance my email was blocked.
Biochef 8 tray Arizona Dehydrator
The Dehydrator works well and it does what I hoped it would do. Although I’ve never owned a Dehydrator. Yet the instruction manual lacks instructions. Forcing me to seek information on timing and heat settings for various herbs, etc.. Making some processes a trial & error experiment. I explained this to ‘Vitality 4 Life’, and they have not back to me. Still, the product works.

Received really quickly. Still awaiting response from manufacturer about drying times for herbs. over a week and no response which is disappointing.
