Pity it didn’t work.
The Electrician installed it, only for it not to work. What a crazy process from there. Zip has to send out another Authorised Electrician to confirm it is faulty then the Authorised Electrician to come and reinstall the equipment again, once a new unit received. A very slow process and bad communication along the way from Zip. Weeks without hot water in the middle of winter!
