Zip History
A privately owned and proudly Australian business, Zip Industries have been producing home-grown water systems since 1947. Now based in Sydney, the business has offices around the country. The success story of their over-sink boiling water heaters can be traced to the sixties, when Zip began catering this innovative product to canteens, restaurants, factories and office kitchens - and soon they were being sold in over 70 countries. A succession of innovations followed in the subsequent years, culminating in 2012’s stunning HydroTap All-In-One, dispensing boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water plus hot and cold water, from a single outlet.
Zip Innovation
Zip has been at the forefront of the freshwater revolution, developing some of the most spectacular products on the market. The new Zip HydroTap G4, for example, includes a Zip 0.2 micron filtration and delivers boiling, chilled and sparkling water instantly. Aesthetics have also been taken to spectacular new standards, with the beautiful new Zip Hydro Tap Design Range featuring three stylishly contemporary designs, including Arc, Cube and Elite styles.
