Problem with lighting the grill
I bought my Gas Oven/Stove a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the grill lighter which has only worked on one occasion. There is gas coming through but it will not ignite. We are elderly and are self isolating because of the virus so are not able to have one of your technicians check it for us at present. Presumably when the restrictions are lifted a bit you might be able to organise someone to attend to this under the Warranty agreement. Please give me your comments on this problem. Many thanks.

Am happy with the buy it’s been a very excellent product
Just terrible.
I had this cooking stove for about three weeks and it still doesn't work properly. The flames a very low and you can't increase them. If the oven is on, then it becomes quite hard to manage to light one of the top burners. Just don't buy it. The reason for not rating the ease of use box is just this: IT DOESN'T WORK.
