As someone who regularly sews, I wanted an iron that is reliable and specifically did not drip water. This iron is supposed to be no-drip but it will hiss and drip at random times and leave a pool of water behind. If you take it off what you are ironing you have to be careful not to be burnt by the drizzle of boiling water coming out. This not only leaves fabric wet but risks ruining my clothing by leaving water marks. At times I turn the steam off so as not to risk watermarks but this makes the iron less effective as the some creases will remain. I would not but this again and am saddened to have spent money on a no-drip iron that drips more than any other iron I've used. It is not fit for purpose.

I purchased this iron with 2 yr warranty and when it started leaking I was told to take it to an authorized service center. The service center had no parking and was on a very busy road, It took 2 weeks for them to look and i was told another 4-6 weeks to repair. To me this warranty is worth nothing as it takes too long. I'm still waiting for the product to be returned. I have had similar experience with other brands for small appliances and they have replaced them in less than 2 weeks. Come on Tefal you can do better.

Doesnt get hot enough to remove creases. The use of steam creates watermarks which then requires rewashing the item. I absolutely hate it. I will contact Tefal and tell them it is not fit for the purpose we purchased it for (ironing). May as well hang the clothes on a rack and throw a hand grenade at it. Would have the same result.
