Very dissappointed
This is my third steam generating iron and my second Tefal. I paid more for this one that my last (a Phillips) but have got a far inferior product. It spits water when you first start, not a few little drops, I'm talking a puddle. Even then, when steaming a suit it needs to hang up to dry.
Shirts that previously were ironed in one pass on the old iron now take longer or cannot be creaseless without damping them first, just like my old mum did 40 years ago. Either that or Ironaid. It's really a rubbish piece of kit and a waste of money.
Should have got one years ago!
I use my Tefal steam iron for my ironing service.
Cut down ironing time heaps and beautiful professional result.
