Dead in a year
Shocking quality, It worked well the first few times, but after six months wasn't good and, after a year, stopped working altogether. I only used distilled water in it as well
Not as easy as I expected
Brought this based on the reviews I read here, but found it was harder to get going than expected. Especially to get the continuous stream of steam (which only lasts 1-2mins before you have to set the continuous stream again). Works well enough for light, thin clothing, not so great on de-wrinkling jeans or trousers that are a bit thicker in material. Requires more time to go over them again and again. Which gets heavy to hold and having to start up the continues stream constantly. Which also means filling up the tank more frequently. Found the light grey attachment gets dirty easily and hard to clean if you use it on clothes that are dusty. Best use is for light delicate materials.

Brand new out the box wont suck water up from the tank to steam.... fantastic
