Really bad product, NOT RECOMMENDED!
It's been a year of full stress with this product. I can't deal with it anymore. I'm sending my 12-year-old TEFAL for repair because this 'new' one can't even compare with the old quality. NEVER AGAIN a TEFAL. It leaves clothes wet, the decalcifier doesn't work, and it leaves calc on clean clothes. I can't count how many times I've cursed this iron.
DO NOT BUY - sprays water, not steam
We've had steam generators for 20+ years and this has been by far the worst. Purchased in Aug 2023 and returned for money back after a couple of weeks. The ironing plate never truly heats up and can continue to be touched, even after 5-10 minutes and it sprays more water than steam. Utterly useless.
Very effective iron
I bought this iron a week ago, let’s face it, ironing is a chore that nobody enjoys. So far, this iron is very effective and easy to use. It makes ironing easy and efficient.
