Amazing product and easy to use
This was easy to use, super sturdy unlike that brands, looks good, quick to start up and quick to use. The only negative is that it is quite large / bulky. Overall, would definitely recommend over the other brands.
Didn’t work from the get go
Appliance was a gift for my daughter which I sent straight on to NZ when I received and when opened in NZ the item didn’t even work, no steam only a warm iron! Complete waste of money
Unusual ironing method but worth getting used to
I have only ever used a traditional iron previously, this being more of a steamer than a hot iron. It took a few attempts, but once I got used to ironing on the fully height and angle adjustable table at a 45 degree angle at full standing height I started to appreciate the benefits of ease of placing article on the board and no need for constant bending over a low board. I have not mastered the board at a vertical angle but it would probably be good for delicate items The huge water reservoir is a bonus as well, and I love that it is fully self contained so no more getting out the iron, ironing board, water refill bottle and putting them all away again at the end. The steam output can be boosted with a double click of the trigger, but at times I think it could have been made even stronger (maybe it isn't stronger to protect the garments being ironed as there is no need for heat adjustment). Overall happy with it.
