Tv Repair SONY
I've had this tv for a few years and then one day the screen stopped working. I tried everything then finally called the retail shop who put me on to the insurance company who mucked me around quite a bit, but finally forwarded my request to a SONY agent. Then when I finally heard from them, they had been given the wrong information. Eventually (as in a few moths) I had a local repair guy supposed to come fix the tv. He rang an LF eventually came over and fixed it on the spot. Very easily! Meanwhile I get a notification from SONY (3 mths later) saying that someone will reach out to me to help me solve my problems!
Anyway, after all the circling and weaving , I finally have a great tv. Functioning again!

It has never disappointed me so far
Useless TV
Brought this 75” Sony Bravia tv in 2022 and wall mounted it. At first there was issues not connecting to the internet via wifi. The LAN cable is plugged in and lights are on and it doesn’t pick up the LAN cable being plugged in. Unplugged it and used WIFI direct and it connects then it drops out a few minutes later then connects then disconnects. Had this ongoing issue and spoke to a tech online where she steps my through a reboot then a return to factory settings and the Wifi still plays up. Wish I could get my TV replaced but I guess it’s out of warranty.
