Issue with smart function
I brought Sony BDV-E2100 Home theatre 2 month ago. Actually I like to use Sony products always but this product insist me to change my mind and advice not to use Sony product any more.
I had Sony blue ray player and Sony 3D LED Smart TV in my home.
When I purchase the new Sony Home Theatre i did basic sdttings / connection with internet,I could connect with internet but i can't able to get Sony entertainment network on my player.( Nice product but issue with Smart function I tried to change the product couple of time but no difference)
Also Sony customer care overall rating 1 out of 5 Poor response.
Appliance Online had good customer care rating 5 out of 5 and prompt responce on each and every aspects.
I will always consider to purchase my product with online Appliance first before i go with some one else.
