Awful Product
Purchased 2018 - this device had firmware issues from manufacture.
Sound was delayed from visual screen - firmware update via online was impossible as wifi would not establish to update firmware as the firmware didn't allow for wifi-connection.
Download firmware via USB and directly tried to update soundbar which failed during update causing the unit to stop working and default all inputs on start up to USB only.
Online searching says very common issue with device requiring an official sony repair technician to manually address the firmware update.
Soundbar is totally useless now - will not buy SONY again.
